An internationally renowned conference location on China¡¯s beautiful Hainan Island. Flight connections through Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and other Chinese cities to either Haikou Meilan (1.5 hour transfer*) or Sanya Phoenix (2 hour transfer) International airports.

We have arranged a preferential room rate of RMB 800 per at night at the Sofitel Boao & BFA International Convention Centre. This room rate includes breakfast and service.

Due to the high occupancy at the Sofitel Boao Hotel at this time of the year, accommodation must be booked before the end of September. There are alternative hotels nearby, however preferential room rates have not been arranged at these hotels.

Accommodation needs to be arranged and paid in advance through PU World.
*Transfer from Haikou-Meilan Airport can be arranged at an estimated cost of Rmb100-200. Please provide flight details if you require this service.
